I don’t know whether I’m just noticing them more or if they’re starting to get more love, but I’m seeing these a lot more often.

I think the ones that have survived the abuse of the late 90s and early 2000s are well kept and were quite loved by their owners (that didn’t beat the crap out of them). So the survivors you see are typically in great condition now.
5-oh! 5-oh!

I’ve seen two recently and they both were a lot cooler then I remember them being. One was supercharged with the 5.0, it looks stock, but you just know it could bite you. The other was track spec car with a roll bar and wide sticky rubber in all black. The boxyness, the flares, I think it is coming back in popularity.

80s cars are definitely “in” right now.
It’s like with the boomers and 60s cars except these things are CHEAP and the Gen Xers and Gen Yers can afford them easily.

They’re cheap NOW. Prices are increasing on these and just about every car from 1975-1990.

One of my all time favorite cars. Gemmi a black 5spd notch on Pony wheels.

most of the heavily abused ones have finally gotten scrapped. the better/maintained ones are whats left....... look for prices to climb.

Just like anything else remotely sporty from the 80s and 90s... There are many cars that were “just” cars when I was growing up, now I’m finding as an adult I can’t afford them!
